- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My children have been patients for 11 years, we started off seeing baranko, then Clawson. They were ok, really hard to get into . This past April I had an appointment and was horribly sick and accidently missed the appointment which made two yes ONLY TWO missed appointments in 11 years . I called today to schedule a follow up for my son who was in the ER over the weekend with phenmonia. To my astonishment , they dropped my 5 children as patients due to these TWO missed appointments in the 11 years we've been going . No letter, no phone call .. i had to find out by calling to try and have my son seen . One particular receptionist is sour and not pleasant at all to work with . In the end , I was just another dollar to them . And clearly they could care less about my business . Or my children for that matter . The one star I gave was for the two doctors mentioned above .
