  **UPDATE** The office manager from the office called me and personally apologized for the bad experience that we had when calling in for our lab results. She was VERY apologetic and personally got us an earlier follow up appointment to get our results. After realizing it was just one person who created a bad experience, I don't want to penalize the entire practice. The doctor was fine for our initial visit but when we hadn't heard back for 2 weeks with the results of my son's blood test I had to call the office. I was told that they can't give results over the phone and that we would need a follow up visit to have the results read to us. When I told the lady on the phone that no one told us that we needed to schedule a follow up visit, she VERY rudely insisted that it would have been on our "yellow paper" and it would have been read to us in the office. That may very well be the procedure but I can guarantee that no one told us anything about scheduling a follow up visit. Now we will be waiting almost a full month for results, while my son suffers daily with horrible stomach aches. Very unprofessional, very rude and unsympathetic. After we get our results we will NEVER be going back.

  I suffered with uncontrolled asthma and severe allergies all my life, Dr Lyon was able to get both of them under control and maintained. She is the best, I have never had a bad experience visiting her office and her staff are very friendly and kind.
