- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm posting under my grandson's account, I don't have google. I had 15 appts for my Achilles and my pain level went down enormously. I've continued doing my exercises over the past 8 months and I've improved to where the knot in my right Achilles is gone and my left one has almost healed completely.
