  On November 17th, my daughter had an appointment scheduled, I asked to be rescheduled because I had not been approved for Medicaid yet, the lady at the desk told me I could just pay for the appointment as if I was self pay and that as soon as I return with a Medicaid I.D, that I would be able to get the money back. So I paid over 200$ for my daughter to be seen. Which when you're a single mom escaping an abusive marriage that's a big deal. It was rough but I managed. Now that I have given them my Medicaid ID they refuse to give me my money back. I will not be taking my daughter to this office for they have stolen my money and lied to me.

  We see Dr. Buchanan and could not be happier with our experience. Whether you're a new parent or switching pediatricians due to a move or other reason I recommend him to anyone. Seriously, you won't regret it!
