  When we first got our puppy they told us she would die soon because she had a heart murmur (which she did) but another doctor from a different hospital told us we could give her a medication to help make the murmur better or something like that (she lived) The next time we came in our dog ended up getting passed us through the front door and bolted into the road and got ran over. The receptionist lady told us she was still breathing when we brought her in until 2 second later the doctor came in telling us she wasn't breathing when she came in. They gave us false hope. Then we wanted her ashes back... the receptionist lady asked if we wanted to stay til it was done but my husband had to be into work soon so I asked them to call me instead when it was done... I ended up calling them get a hold of a lady telling me it won't be done for 2 weeks and they will call me when it's done... I call back exactly 2 weeks after the incident happened and ask if the ashes were there... and they were... they didn't even call me and tell me.. they are very nice people for the most part but they could use a lot of improvement on giving news the right way and giving the correct information.
